Hello, My name is Ed and I'm from Belgium. I am new here. I want to buy a new rod (my beloved very old 9 ft 4 weight Sage broke last week while fishing in Austria). Because i would love to do some long leader-style nymphing in the future, I have a question where I haven't found an answer for so far. The specialized nymphing rods (Siman or Maxia) in your shop are built with this type of fishing in mind. I wonder if they are good rods for classic dry fly fishing too? Because I will always want to fish with dries when trout are feeding on the surface. Yet i would love to find a good rod that can handle both styles. I usually go out for a days fishing in the mountains or in the fields and I wouldn't like to carry 2 rods with me. I realize that the nymph rods are preferably 10ft, while a light dry fly rod can be shorter. What would be the ideal combination rod? Any idea? Thank you . Ed
