It is quite complicated to show any images(new fly, fish,...) without ability to add image directly to the message. I mean files uploading to this server.
You can try phpBB with Attachment Mod as example.

Unfortunately I can't host any images, either in phpBB forum technology, the forum space is limited. So you'll have to upload these to some webspace, somewhere. Most ISP accounts come with a certain amount of webspace included.
Once you've got your image online, it's then just a case of pasting the full URL (inc. the http:// http://www.something) into a message and your image should appear.

www.photobucket.comFree webspace,u dont need ftp or whatever. Just upload a picture there and u can put it in a message here. Klaas
