I have used dubbing brushes for quite a while now and I find them very usable. A few months ago I bought a Turbo spinning block and started making my own brushes. The results are a not as good as I hoped for. I think that one problem could be, that I don't use the right dubbing blend. The factorymade brushes seems to be made of rather short fibers, but the 2 bags of dubbing that came with the twister are much alike the dubbing I normally use. I intend to use seal and hares ear - perhaps mixed with SLF fibers - for my brushes. Do you have some good advices ?

Hans, 1. cut the dubbing with the scissors into approx. 5-7 mm long fibers 2. mix in cofee blender 3. make the dubbing brush the result will be perfect
